On September 4 and 5, 2026, leaders in human optimization, longevity, and wellness gathered in Downtown Chicago. Set against the Gold Coast skyline at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago, the Biohackers World Conference and Expo offered a two-day deep dive into the technologies, science, and daily practices shaping the future of human health.

Biohackers World is a curated wellness event that draws a mixed audience. According to organizers, 26% of attendees are dedicated biohackers and wellness enthusiasts, while 20% are medical professionals and functional medicine doctors.
