Modern-Day Erin Brockovich Kelly Hyman Seeks Justice for Her Clients Through The Hyman Law Firm

Finding a sincere, committed, and skillful legal counsel to win battles in court for a worthy cause can be tricky, especially when going against big corporations with the financial resources to hire a battery of lawyers. Putting up a good fight and winning, in the end, is the specialty of Kelly Hyman, the modern-day Erin Brockovich. She owns The Hyman Law Firm and specializes in mass tort litigation and class action lawsuits. Kelly has been giving hope to aggrieved parties and boldly going against corporate giants.

The West Palm Beach, Florida-based attorney is also known for her thoroughness, leaving no possibilities unexplored and stones unturned in her effort to unravel the truth and defend the powerless.

Additionally, she is best known for her unmatched experience in mass tort litigation, having represented hundreds of claimants in cases involving water contamination, tobacco, and transvaginal mesh and bladder slings. She has fought against some of the biggest names in the business world, including Bard, Coloplast, Johnson & Johnson/Ethicon, Mentor, Boston Scientific, AMS, and ARIS. She has always been consistent in her resolve to protect the interests and overall well-being of her clients who suffer from the hazardous materials being sold openly in the market. Kelly was also a member of several discovery committees where she offered common benefit services for a variety of mass torts projects.

Kelly finished her degree in Communications at the University of California. She received her Juris Doctor degree and finished cum laude at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. She clerked for the Honorable Robert Mark, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida and the Honorable Brian Sandoval, the former Governor of Nevada when he was a United States District Court Judge.

Prior to becoming a dedicated attorney, Kelly worked as an actress and has appeared in several televisions shows, movies, commercials, and plays. While she was finishing her undergraduate degree, she was a White House intern working directly under the Office of Presidential Inquiries. She is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and actively participates in the Women’s Caucus Lobby Day in Washington, D.C. She is quite proud that she graduated from AAJ’s leadership academy. Kelly is also a member of the Colorado Bar, the Florida Bar, the New York Bar, the Washington D.C. Bar, and the Colorado Association.

She serves on the Board of Governors for the American Association of Justice for the Women Trial Lawyer. She has received a AV rating from Martindale Hubbard and 2021-2022 Law Dragon 500 Plaintiff Consumer Lawyer. She is a former member of the Board of Directors for Dress For Success, Palm Beach Chapter.

Apart from being a thriving attorney, Kelly also wrote a book titled Build Back Better: The First 100 Days of the Biden Administration and Beyond. In the book, Kelly takes a close look at Pres. Biden’s first 100 days to give her readers an idea of the direction the administration is taking in the next couple of years.

Kelly sees herself being right in the middle of it and making things happen for her clients. Giving them a formidable fighting chance in court is something that she sees herself doing long-term, a lifelong cause that she believes she was groomed to do all along.
