Ask Cedric Singleton what he actually does, and the résumé lines, U.S. Army veteran, Fortune 100 sales executive, sought-after speaker, only tell part of the story. What Singleton is really building is a movement: a global network of leaders who show up for each other long after the keynote ends. That mission is what’s carrying The Leadership Experience Tour Global (LET Global) to its first stop outside the United States, a 2027 summit in Hong Kong.
Singleton’s belief in building people came out of two very different worlds. He spent 27 years inside Abbott Laboratories developing sales leaders across the organization, before Carrier Global brought him on as Global Sales Operations Director, a role in which he pushed annual revenue from $615 million to $1.2 billion in just three years. Between the two companies, his teams generated a combined $2 billion in sales revenue, numbers that explain why organizations keep asking him to teach what he knows.
That teaching now happens everywhere from corporate boardrooms to some of the world’s biggest stages. Singleton founded Peak Performance Leadership Institute to bring his sales leadership approach to other companies, moderates AI leadership panels at the Global FLUXX Conference in Manila, and has spoken at Michigan State University, the FLUXX Award Keynote in Doha, Qatar, the Global FLUXX Business Conference in Las Vegas, and Super Bowls 59 and 60. He puts the same energy into his own community, serving as President of the Alpha Foundation of Southern Maryland, sitting on the board of the Phoenix International School of the Arts, and co-chairing the Business and Education Committee for the Charles County Chamber of Commerce.
A Different Kind of Tour
Where Singleton’s individual coaching leaves off, The Leadership Experience Tour picks up. As co-partner, he’s helped grow it into the top platform of its kind in the country, not by chasing the biggest crowd, but by building something rarer: a network where entrepreneurs actually help each other instead of just occupying the same room. That approach has earned the tour a level of access most business events never get, including a presence at Super Bowl Media Week.
Hong Kong: The First Step Outside the U.S.
Singleton is now applying that same model beyond American borders. Alongside co-partners Shawn Fair and Mohammed Ashif Abbasi, he’s launching LET Global under a guiding idea the team calls Leadership Without Borders: every stop should work as its own complete experience while also connecting into one larger, growing community. Hong Kong was chosen as the first test of that idea on international ground, with the summit set for 2027.
Over two days, the Hong Kong event will pair keynote sessions with hands-on workshops and networking built for leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives who want more than a business card exchange. The LET Global Awards will also debut there, giving the tour its first opportunity to recognize standout leaders and organizations on a global stage.
Only the Start
Singleton and his co-partners are already looking past Hong Kong, with additional international stops in the works and expected to be announced soon. For a man who has spent his career turning targets into results wherever he’s been assigned, the global expansion isn’t a departure from that story so much as its next chapter. Entrepreneurs and executives who want in can find registration details and updates through LET Global’s website, https://leadershipexperiencetourglobal.com, and Singleton’s own channel, www.thepeakleadership.com.
