Dr. Loren Michaels Harris is no stranger to adversity, but he wears his trials like a badge of honor, radiating hope and possibility. “I tell people it’s not about what it looks like,” he says with a grin, “it’s about what it feels like.” A former foster child who once struggled to find his place in the world, he now beams with a conviction that our most significant challenges can often become valuable stepping stones. With appearances on NPR, Chicago Tribune, PEOPLE Magazine, and other major platforms, his message has echoed across countless lives. Yet today, he reveals something he’s deeply passionate about: the launch of what he calls “Mindset Revolution,” a fresh, empowering community that welcomes all who seek purpose and fulfillment.

A Ripple of Hope and Gratitude

“Patience is my mantra right now,” he confides, tapping an orange sticky note he keeps in reach. “It’s coming—just be patient.” That unwavering faith is embedded in the very fabric of the Mindset Revolution, which Dr. Loren describes as a safe place for everyone to “come as you are.” For him, it isn’t about selling a program. “I don’t sell,” he explains. “I just share my experience, and let others decide if it resonates with them.” The new membership community, accessible through free options and paid upgrades, offers a town-like experience where visitors can explore personal growth resources, motivational modules, and networking opportunities with like-minded peers. “When people need a word,” Dr. Loren explains, “they usually need it right now. So I wanted to provide a place where people felt safe, supported, and never pressured.”

The spark behind Mindset Revolution is rooted in his life’s mission as a speaker, mentor, and “Break Through Coach.” He often refers to the Four Agreements—four guiding principles he treats like “support beams” because he believes striving for alignment can be a powerful way to stay grounded. “If I haven’t gotten something completely right,” he says, “one of the beams is off and needs adjusting.” Beyond these guiding philosophies, Dr. Loren also draws on the power of gratitude to transform outlooks. “Attitude is powerful,” he notes, “and in the middle of my gratitude, I find my greatest proof that life is moving forward.”

Transforming Pain Into Purpose

Yet the heart of Dr. Loren’s message lies in our shared humanity. He recalls a moment of deep pain when he was younger, overhearing relatives question why he “came back from the dead.” Rather than letting that heartbreak defeat him, he now views it as part of the “poison that helps you create the antidote.” In his eyes, experiencing darkness firsthand can offer lessons on how to bring light to others. He sees it as his duty “to use my story to create a ripple that will reach around the globe,” a responsibility he carries into the Mindset Revolution. “We stand beside each other,” he affirms. “We’re revolutionaries willing to fight, no matter what.”

Those interested in joining this new community can visit the Mindset Revolution home page to learn more and sign up. Once inside, participants can explore his master classes and monthly mastermind calls, discover interactive resources for aspiring speakers and coaches, and find round-the-clock motivation. “This is a place for anyone ready to step into their calling,” Dr. Loren says. “If you want to sit by the side of the pool, that’s okay, but if you’re ready to dive, we’ve got a place for you, too.”

Far beyond just a membership site, Mindset Revolution represents Dr. Loren’s lifelong pursuit of transformation and unity. He invites people everywhere to join hands and form the ripple effect he speaks so passionately about. As he puts it, “If one is ever to be the blessing, then one must be able to actually see the blessing”—and it is that vision, steeped in love, perseverance, and a commitment to possibility, that he’s determined to share with the world.
