Kavkaz Express was founded in 2014 by Ruslan Shamanov. His journey began with one office, one truck, and one employee in Denver, Colorado. Shamanov obtained a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and immersed himself in the transportation industry. 

In 2014, Ruslan launched Kavkaz Express, aiming to offer better opportunities and services in the trucking industry. Under his leadership, the company expanded rapidly, adding offices in Chicago, Sacramento, Miami, and Hackensack and increasing its workforce to over 250. Kavkaz Express now offers a broad spectrum of services, including trucking, logistics, leasing, and repair. It has become a valuable partner to its clients and a respected employer for its drivers.

Kavkaz Express has mapped out ambitious plans for the next 5 to 10 years. The company aspires to become a premier third-party logistics (3PL) provider for international and domestic shippers.

Over the past eight years, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the Crescent View Academy (CVA), a K-12 school in Colorado. Under his leadership, CVA has become one of the well-regarded college preparatory schools in America, providing quality education to children in the greater Denver area.
