The book’s success was immediate. It sold out its first print run of 4,000 copies in both English and Spanish, affirming the need for such transformative tools—not just for Carolina’s daughters, but for children everywhere. And this initial spark soon grew into something even bigger.

What began as a personal project for her daughters blossomed into the Superhero Programs, a global initiative designed to teach children critical tools like visualization, positive self-talk, and mindfulness.

More than just exercises, these programs are fostering a generation of young leaders who are empowered to create meaningful change in the world and have reached schools in the U.S., Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Costa Rica, Uganda, and Puerto Rico.
