Nick might only be twenty-six years old. But at a young age, he’s already achieved many feats. As a motivational speaker, actor, influencer and owner of a clothing brand called Only the Motivated, he’s making a mark in the world.

Nick Laureano was born in Brockton, Massachusetts. While things haven’t always been easy for him growing up, he has always been driven by his pain and past experiences. All his good and bad experiences lead to him becoming a keynote speaker who influences those who want to find their “why” in life. “Everybody has an inspiring story to share, but some don’t realize their script is still being written daily,” says the multitalented influencer. “On the verge of putting myself in positions to continually win and uplift others along the way.” His mission in life is to influence, inspire, motivate and be a beacon of light for those finding their way.

The career path of young adults is often influenced by several factors like upbringing, childhood community, and educational attainment. Pursuing a profession according to the influences of your formative years is a sagacious decision. However, pursuing your passion can result in a more satisfying career. A person who pursued his passion is Nyshan Sadler, a sporty young man who became an excellent photographer.

Nyshan Sadler excelled in sports and was a versatile athlete known for his remarkable talent on the basketball court. His original goal was to pursue and build his basketball career into college, but a random encounter with a camera redirected him and his purpose forever. He invested in a camera to have fun with his friends and started capturing pictures. His friends noticed his impressive skills behind the camera, and a seemingly innocent hobby turned into a lifelong passion and calling.

“I was a three-sport athlete my whole life excelling in basketball and wanted to continue that into college. I bought a camera for fun with my friends, and they would always tell me that my photos were perfect, so I took it up as a hobby. My friend Justin was opening up for Lil Durk and asked me to come and shoot his set. I got to stay in the pit for Durk, and I was hooked ever since,” says the passionate young photographer.

“King Von was the first artist to repost my photo. After that show, I shot Jay Critch’s shows for a few months until he sent me a private message with his number for the photos and wanted to work more. I have a cool relationship with TJ Porter. He’s a good friend, and I’ve built an excellent relationship with Darrin Dee, the CEO of Ruff Ryders, and Donjai, the Ruff Ryders photographer, who handles a lot of the stuff. The Ryders team has looked out for me so much since meeting them. I appreciate all his help and support,” recounts the young photographer.

Nyshan clearly understood that excelling in this industry required hard work and commitment, so he gave himself entirely to photography. Eventually, his reputation was recognized, and he was offered various projects that matched his skill level. The reputation that Nyshan established elevated his career to the next level and gave him more unique opportunities.

“I was then invited to DMX’s celebration of life at the Barclays Center in April, which was a huge blessing. I shot with Dro Kenji, one of my favorite artists,” says Nyshan.

As the young photographer’s reputation increases his reach and networks, he is working with various record labels, musicians, rappers, and other photographers.

“I’m very social, so it lets me fit in every room I’m in, which makes it easier on everyone, I think,” answered the brilliant photographer when asked about what makes him stand out from others. His motivation is the people around him. He thinks that he has shown people that there are more ways to succeed than just having a college degree. He sees himself shooting for significant artists five years from now, doing album covers and press photos.
