Dani Stephenson, Platinum Champion honoree

One inspiring honoree who received the prestigious Platinum Champions Award is entrepreneur and philanthropist Dani Stephenson. The 38-year-old hails from Essex, London and is known for his remarkable engagement in voluntary work that spans over 21 years.

He first started volunteering when he was only 16 years old at the Tovil Quality Of Life community house. This initiative elevates the overall quality of life for underprivileged residents.

On top of that, he is associated with numerous charitable organizations like the Prince’s Trust, UNICEF, LEWA, Street Child, and The Royal Versailles Ball at the Palace of Versailles.

Eventually, Dani Stephenson decided to start his own charity called Straight Forward Giving. The charity initiative was designed to empower people, specifically the youth from impoverished and deprived areas, by giving them access to education and mentorship. Moreover, it utilizes the power of music, film, and art to facilitate social mobility.

What motivated the visionary man to create the venture is his passion for helping build a better future for underprivileged individuals and communities nationwide. Since its inception in 2015, Straight Forward Giving has assisted countless beneficiaries.

Aside from that, the outstanding man has demonstrated an incredible commitment to his advocacies, especially during the global pandemic. In addition, he fought to keep his voluntary projects running by honoring his charitable obligations and providing ongoing mentoring to mentees by keeping his London Kings Cross creative studios available to the public.

As a testament to his unrivaled contributions to the community, Dani Stephenson and his charitable organization has received other distinctions. On the 8th of February 2022, he was invited to 10 Downing Street as one of the recipients of the prestigious Points Of Light honor by the UK’s Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.

The award serves as an acknowledgment of his continued contributions to the creative community by championing the voices of young aspiring artists from disadvantaged backgrounds.
