Skinovatio Medical Spa Franchise: The First of Its Kind in Illinois that is 100% Women-Owned

Developing a medical spa from scratch can be quite daunting, but business partners Katarzyna Vigneau Sallam and Aleksandra Waibel did not see the opportunity to make an impact on the lives of countless people, a challenge not worth pursuing. Right from the very beginning, the two co-founders had a clear vision of what they wanted to establish: a medical spa that is defined by excellence, its commitment to the use of innovative technology in cosmetic medicine, and a reliable space where clients can come to experience relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration.

More than just creating a medical spa that offered high-quality services, Katarzyna and Aleksandra have also successfully developed a medical spa franchise unlike anything seen before in Illinois. It is an ideal go-to medical spa not just for patients who want to look great, but it is also the perfect venture for those who also passionately believe in the value of providing innovative and revolutionary medical cosmetic services that clients can trust. Entrepreneurs who want to bring to life their vision for beauty and wellness can embark on an exciting journey together with Katarzyna and Aleksandra as they intend to make Skinovatio Medical Spa a recognizable brand in every state across the country. As the business franchise is 100% women-owned, it may come as an exciting opportunity for lady entrepreneurs out there who are looking for ventures worth their while.

Medical spas are known to be the fastest growing and most lucrative industry in the world today. Skinovatio Medical Spa Franchise allows potential investors to start medical spas offering different procedures for a franchise fee as low as $30,000. Entrepreneurs can either transform their existing spas into a medical facility or opt to establish an entirely new location. Franchisees get access to intensive training, coaching, and compensation. Katarzyna and Aleksandra actively assist their investors in finding the right location, inventory, real estate, building square footage, lease expiration, employees, facilities, competition, growth and expansion, and support and training, to mention a few.

Skinovatio Medical Spa was established in 2015 as a premiere and modern beauty destination that provides the most innovative aesthetic services in the beauty industry. Its founders take pride in the fact that it is the first of its kind. They are also especially proud of their commitment to leveraging the most recent state-of-the-art technologies available in the business to meet the various needs of their clients, from injectable cosmetics to derma fillers, Botox, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, Endermologie®, i-Lipo™, VelaShape®, and Emsculpt, among others. Where it concerns the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of their clients, Katarzyna and Aleksandra only offer the best.

Skinovatio Medical Spa is currently in five key locations in the Illinois area: Arlington Heights, Barrington, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, and Western Springs. They are only the beginning of the company’s long-term vision, which is to make the medical spa available to as many clients as possible countrywide. This direction will suit the business ideals of entrepreneurs who are looking for a promising venture. Entrepreneurial Titan and Founder of Redline Steel, Colin Wayne Continues His Resolve to Support the American Dream

The magnitude of the pandemic’s impact can still be felt throughout the nation as people continue to endure the trials and tribulations in its wake. With cities forced into lockdown, the economy has suffered greatly, leaving people to find different means to bring food to the table and paying off their bills. However, people have come together to help others during these troubling times. Colin Wayne, the founder of Redline Steel, an American-made company that produces steel wall art, has been using his position to aid his fellow countrymen and employees.

Colin Wayne’s venture into entrepreneurism was something he never expected to get into. He was on a tour in Afghanistan, serving in the US Army, and while he was working out in a gym, a rocket exploded three-and-a-half feet away from him. Although the shrapnel all the way through his leg, he managed to survive, requiring surgery and six months of physical therapy.

Returning to America, Wayne decided to try his hand in growing a steel-built home decor company, only for it to fall through. Although it was an unfortunate event, Wayne pushed on. Despite having no knowledge in tools or industrial design, he started his own company, hiring four employees to get his company started. From there, it only grew to become the multi-million dollar home decor company Redline Steel.

Redline Steel established itself in 2016 as a veteran-owned and operated company in the United States, bringing works of art to the homes of its customers. The company honors its “Made in the USA” pledge by utilizing equipment and installing machines that have been manufactured domestically.

Despite the number of CNC Machines being manufactured and distributed overseas, Wayne is adamant about supporting the American dream and raising the economy with domestic purchases. This has proven to be a challenge as CNC manufacturing can be difficult to find in the United States, but Wayne’s resolve has always been about putting the people ahead.

Fortunately, Redline Steel has been in partnership with Chicago-based laser manufacturer Bystronic. With the scarcity of companies in the industry, Wayne managed to get their first United States laser delivered last year, showcasing his support for domestic companies.

When the pandemic reached the country last year, the nation suffered an economic setback. Always eager to do what he can to help others, Colin Wayne partnered with celebrities to do big charity givebacks. He was joined by Megan Fox, Amber Heard, Criss Angel, Shenae Grimes-Beech, Lance Bass, and Tina Knowles, among many others, putting together over $6 million to help essential workers, farmers, churches, teachers, veteran families, and more.

Wayne has even taken the extra mile by showing his employees how much he appreciated them during some of the darkest days Redline Steel endured. He paid for their mortgages to help ease off the stress from their backs, exercising his motto, “People over profits.”

Since the start of the year, Redline Steel has received over two thousand orders from the Chicago area alone, and with the influx of orders pouring in, Wayne hopes to continue hiring employees as he aspires to create a positive impact and help pull other people up.

I Did It God’s Way sheds light on the author’s inspiring journey on how she pursued a life of financial freedom through entrepreneurship. As an advocate for women pursuing business ventures, JoVonne hopes that her story will encourage them to “create measurable goals, maximize their potential, and pursue their wildest dreams.” The book was also written with the hopes of bringing people closer to their God-given purpose.

Asked why she chose to write it for women entrepreneurs, the author shared that many women in their respective industries often feel as if they have “hit a glass ceiling.” I Did It God’s Way wants to push women beyond their limiting beliefs, doubts, and insecurities. Leveraging her experiences as an entrepreneur, JoVonne hopes to give her readers the courage and strength to obtain what they think is only a far-fetched vision.

I Did It God’s Way empowers its readers with the ‘divine power’ and leads them to grow toward becoming the strong entrepreneurs they are meant to be.

Although the author emphasizes that she is not a life coach, JoVonne admits that she feels responsible for encouraging others in their pursuit of growth. Through her book, I Did It God’s Way, the author wants to fulfill her calling and guide other women in their entrepreneurial endeavors.

“I’ve realized the need to keep going because there are people whose businesses, and in some instances, lives are depending on me to show up and provide a resource to their needs. Even as an author, my motivation behind what I consider my calling of encouraging people to pursue their divine purpose is rooted in the change I see people experience when I work with them,” JoVonne said.

In a time when many entrepreneurs feel stuck in the same cycle and fail to obtain growth, I Did It God’s Way will genuinely fill a gap. Learn more about JoVonne Walker and her book on this site.

Danielle Noguera Is Impacting Lives through 5-Star Cosmetic Dentistry

For many of today’s most successful entrepreneurs, their business is more than an income-generating machine. It’s an extension of their life’s mission. And this condition could not be more true for Danielle Noguera, the CEO of 5 Star Smiles. To the cosmetic dentistry company and its leader, their work goes beyond being a profitable business. It’s about changing people’s lives by transforming their smiles.

5 Star Smiles first opened back in 2018 with the mission to improve people’s lives by giving them a smile that will bring more confidence to their patients. Danielle first came to the idea of starting a DSO group after experiencing a private makeover that astonished her with stellar results. She immediately saw the benefits and positive effects on her overall quality of life. Moreover, she saw the untapped potential of the growing need for cosmetic dentistry in the Miami, Florida region.

In the short time that Danielle has operated 5 Star Smiles, she and her team have experienced unprecedented growth. Their spectacular performance, strong team culture, affordable pricing, and quality output have turned the practice into one of Miami’s most sought-after cosmetic dentistry clinics. Danielle Noguera readily admits that the journey has been challenging, but she chose to weather the storms and persevere.

“I believe very much in what Thomas Edison said: ‘Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up,'” shares the CEO. “I also really adhere to the Japanese proverb that says fall seven times and stand up eight.” Danielle goes on to say how much of role perseverance played in the success that 5 Star Smiles has achieved today.

At 5 Star Smiles, the goal is to exceed patient expectations every single time. The practice boasts having a team with over twenty-five years of experience in their chosen profession. Their dentists include medical professionals who have worked as university professors, CE credit providers, cosmetic specialists, and educational course developers. The practice also invests immensely in the latest technologies and equipment that bring the best possible results. The practice also puts a premium on creating a memorable customer experience for patients, delivering only the most excellent and high-quality care possible. 5 Star Smiles creates a holistic approach to general and cosmetic dentistry.

Consequently, the practice has produced some of the happiest clients. “The joy and happiness are so obvious with each customer that at times we feel such a satisfaction in being able to make a person so happy and self-confident over and over again,” shares Danielle Noguera. For the CEO and founder, the company’s work extends beyond providing another form of dental service. She views the work that 5 Star Smiles does as a form of liberation for people who feel limited in life due to unaesthetic smiles. Through their work with clients, they can bring their patients more confidence to smile and more reason to be happy and comfortable in their skin.

Danielle Noguera has built a solid reputation in the dental and entrepreneurial community. She hopes that her story would continue to inspire other small business owners and medical professionals to find a deeper purpose and calling in the service they provide and persevere through the most significant storms.

How Mike Crowson’s Entrepreneurial Ventures Produced Two Companies

Many entrepreneurs venture into businesses that are equally fulfilling and profitable. For Mike Crowson, he has been working in two industries that he loves: coffee and branding.

Growing up in a small town in Alabama, Mike Crowson moved to the Big Apple when he was 22 years old to chase his entrepreneurial dream. Early in his career, he had the opportunity to join the marketing team as an employee of the flagship media-based mega monsters. There he developed the experience that would set him up to be successful in his own ventures.

By 2016, Mike left the supplement company to once again focus on his ventures. At that time, he ran the backend marketing for multiple individuals in the fitness industry. It was then that he met his future wife, and after a few months into their long-distance relationship, they came up with the idea that could change everything — an online coffee company.

The idea developed, and Mike had the opportunity to start a supplement company launched in Dallas, Texas. A month later, Mike and Abbey launch Coffee Over Cardio.

Coffee Over Cardio is a coffee company that is meant for females. Falling into the millennial group and described to follow trends, this generation was made to empower and lift one another as they take on self-growth and business growth. As Mike and Abbey conducted their research with this vision, they designed the bags, the site, and tested the coffees from their little apartment. They launched their first four roasts in December 2017.

Fast forward to three years, and the company has launched over 40 products that include coffees, k-cups, apparel, electrolytes, creamers, and more. They scaled quickly to break over $5 million in sales this year alone without having any investors.

Six months into their initial launch in 2017, Abbey left her finance job in Houston to work full-time at Coffee Over Cardio, joining Mike in Dallas, Texas. Together, she supported Mike in his marketing business. Within a few short months and a couple of new small-business clients, their consulting marketing company developed into Fit Legacy Marketing Agency.

Fit Legacy is a team that provides expansive capabilities. While most agencies focus on a single source of marketing as their specialty, Fit Legacy brings specialty needs to scale small businesses quickly and efficiently through several means; this includes social media advertising, affiliate programs, website optimization, graphics, email strategies, and more.

Mike is targeting Fit Legacy to grow even larger within the next few years. Today, they only take in one or two new clients on a monthly basis with a high retention rate. They are hoping to bring in more skill sets and expand their project teams that can allow them to continue to produce more and do more for their clients. With Coffee Over Cardio, Mike is projecting an annual sale of $20 million with ecomm sales. They are aiming to break over 30k subscribers with the intention of global production for international customers.

Like other establishments, these enterprises also need to create an online presence in order to attract today’s customers who have turned to the Internet to search for information about companies that can cater to their needs.

However, Gary Geiman has observed that numerous home service business owners do not often get the service they need to grow and promote their business. They are left with no financial results even while their wallets have been dented. This issue led him to establish DMN8 Partners, an agency that specializes in growing Home Service Businesses online footprint.

With Gary’s track record of scaling his own home service venture to a seven-figure entity within the first five years, he is able to guide DMN8 Partners in its provision of digital marketing strategies.

Juliet Obodo’s FWRD Institute Emphasizes the Power of the Mind in Achieving Personal and Professional Success

The field of brain optimization has emerged not only as an advocate of mental health and a provider of strategies to optimize mental power but as a reminder that people’s brains contain the key to success.

There are countless recipes to success that have been formulated by people dominating industries. And while their testimonials about what can bring a person to the top will always be a source of learning insights, they quite often miss mentioning that the answers to any personal and professional dilemma are in one’s mind. And this is why entrepreneur, hypnotist, and NLP practitioner Juliet Obodo established the FWRD Institute.

Brain trainer Juliet Obodo is a Psychology graduate who set aside pursuing medical school and earning a degree in Psychiatry in favor of bringing tech products to people. And after ten years in the corporate world, she decided to apply her entrepreneurial acumen into the creation of her own design agency and business funding venture.

Given her inherent propensity to excel in whatever field she is in, Juliet found success in running two six-figure businesses. But that commercial triumph came at a price — severe burnout.

Burnout has been implicated in the mental distress of millions of people at any given time. More often than not, it is work-induced and is the result of workplace behaviors and attitudes toward productivity that do not leave time for rest and self-care. Burnout is a serious issue and can serve as the seed for another graver mental health concern. So, Juliet looked for a cure and, in the process, re-discovered hypnosis and NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which is a strategy intended for personal growth.

Hypnosis, NLP, and the desire to address the issue of stress became the factors behind Juliet’s founding of the FWRD Institute. This company offers personal and professional development programs for individuals and institutions.

FWRD Institute emphasizes the power of the mind in making things possible. By guiding clients through the process of tapping into their subconscious, it has facilitated numerous personal and professional achievements for its clients.

Not only has FWRD Institute been able to transform startup founders into the outstanding entrepreneurs and workplace leaders that they aspire to become, but it has also made it possible for celebrities immersed in the deep-end of addiction and depression to find their way back to the shallows. As a result, these celeb clients have managed to obtain new roles and opportunities that would further enable them to stand back on their feet.

This brain training powerhouse utilizes evidence-driven and hypnosis-based methods to tap the subconscious minds of individuals. It offers one on one hypnosis sessions, as well as group hypnosis. Moreover, FWRD Institute boasts a wide range of brain training programs and facilitates mastery in the areas of business, career, and money, as well as in the aspects of emotions, the mind, and life, in general.

As a certified and highly competent master hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, Juliet makes use of the advanced methods of hypnosis, neuro-linguistic strategies, and T.I.M.E techniques she designed to produce immediate and lasting results for FWRD clients. And with the way she coaches clients to bank on their subconscious mind to create mental and emotional resilience, Juliet is able to push people forward on the road to success.

Ronsanto Cole’s Admirable Journey to Success

Hard working businessman and motivational speaker Ronsanto Cole can attest that success does not just happen to a person, one has to make it happen. Having started his entrepreneurial journey as young as 11 years old, Cole understands the many challenges that establishing a business entails. Instead of settling for employment so he does not have to face these challenges, he opted to see them head-on with a determination very rare for a man of his age.

Now at 32, Cole is effectively running various business ventures using the many skills and strategies he learned along the way as an entrepreneur. He is currently focusing on building his logistics and janitorial companies while offering business consultancy services at the same time.

Cole’s first business venture was his clothing line in 2014 known as Favor Ain’t Fair Clothing. In the year that followed, he launched his janitorial company called Pure Elegance Cleaning. It was finally in 2017 that Cole started to reap the rewards of his hard work and perseverance as he started experiencing significant growth. He managed to develop a six-figure income company in less than 14 months. While he was running his businesses, Cole managed to launch R.H. Cole Logistics in 2019 and this began his journey in the trucking sector.

Due to his inspiring success, Cole is a favorite when it comes to entrepreneurs that are often being featured on various social media platforms. He often speaks about business, self-help approaches and practical tips, and what it takes to achieve success in life.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1988, it can be said that Cole is a real survivor after having lived to tell the story of how he overcame the many trials in his life. The character that was built in him by winning over his life’s battles is the same key element that helped him succeed in life. He is actively involved in philanthropic works, mentors at-risk youth, and volunteers to help reintegrate the homeless into society.

“I like the idea of having control over my own destiny, meaning, I like having control of how far I go with each decision I make. Sharing my personal experiences and ideas has always been very important to me. I want to pave the way for people with a similar background as mine and be a voice for the voiceless,” Cole reveals.

Writing his own book to inspire others about his life experiences is also something that he is presently working on. His autobiography is set to be released in 2021 and it will narrate an in-depth account of his life’s many twists and turns, to include almost getting murdered upon returning home during college. Moreover, he is expected to share the effective strategies he used over the years to grow his many businesses.

Ronsanto Cole sees himself expanding his companies globally in the next five years. At present, he is focused on growing and strengthening his social media platforms so that his impact can be felt more in the communities that he is reaching out to. At this point, Cole is about making new experiences as he continues to work on widening his network by traveling in different parts of the world. Follow Ronsanto Cole on Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube to learn more about him.
