Hard working businessman and motivational speaker Ronsanto Cole can attest that success does not just happen to a person, one has to make it happen. Having started his entrepreneurial journey as young as 11 years old, Cole understands the many challenges that establishing a business entails. Instead of settling for employment so he does not have to face these challenges, he opted to see them head-on with a determination very rare for a man of his age.
Now at 32, Cole is effectively running various business ventures using the many skills and strategies he learned along the way as an entrepreneur. He is currently focusing on building his logistics and janitorial companies while offering business consultancy services at the same time.
Cole’s first business venture was his clothing line in 2014 known as Favor Ain’t Fair Clothing. In the year that followed, he launched his janitorial company called Pure Elegance Cleaning. It was finally in 2017 that Cole started to reap the rewards of his hard work and perseverance as he started experiencing significant growth. He managed to develop a six-figure income company in less than 14 months. While he was running his businesses, Cole managed to launch R.H. Cole Logistics in 2019 and this began his journey in the trucking sector.
Due to his inspiring success, Cole is a favorite when it comes to entrepreneurs that are often being featured on various social media platforms. He often speaks about business, self-help approaches and practical tips, and what it takes to achieve success in life.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1988, it can be said that Cole is a real survivor after having lived to tell the story of how he overcame the many trials in his life. The character that was built in him by winning over his life’s battles is the same key element that helped him succeed in life. He is actively involved in philanthropic works, mentors at-risk youth, and volunteers to help reintegrate the homeless into society.
“I like the idea of having control over my own destiny, meaning, I like having control of how far I go with each decision I make. Sharing my personal experiences and ideas has always been very important to me. I want to pave the way for people with a similar background as mine and be a voice for the voiceless,” Cole reveals.
Writing his own book to inspire others about his life experiences is also something that he is presently working on. His autobiography is set to be released in 2021 and it will narrate an in-depth account of his life’s many twists and turns, to include almost getting murdered upon returning home during college. Moreover, he is expected to share the effective strategies he used over the years to grow his many businesses.
Ronsanto Cole sees himself expanding his companies globally in the next five years. At present, he is focused on growing and strengthening his social media platforms so that his impact can be felt more in the communities that he is reaching out to. At this point, Cole is about making new experiences as he continues to work on widening his network by traveling in different parts of the world.
